HBCOA Board Members Voting

Dear HBCOA Member:

In normal times, we vote for our new board directors at our annual meeting in December.  As you know, this year is different, so we are asking members to vote for directors using this form.

This is your official ballot to vote for Directors for the 2022 Huntington Beach Council on Aging (HBCOA) Board.  Your ballot must be submited using this form to the HBCOA no later than close of business Friday, December 17, 2021.

Below are the names of Directors whose terms end December 31, 2021 and wish to be considered to serve as Directors for an additional term, effective January 1, 2022.  Please review and check the appropriate answer that reflects your decision. You may vote any or all.
